Poinsettia Heights is a quiet neighborhood north east of Fort Lauderdale. The original development, called Northridge was built by Gil Construction Company right after World War II in the 40's and 50's.
Today the simple, brightly painted homes line the streets from 15th Avenune on the west to 20th Avenune and Lake Melba on the east.  The middle River Forms a natural boundary to the north and 13th Street seperatesit from the meighboring Lake Ridge.

Poinsettia heights is a quiet and unassuming neighborhood that is convenient to both downtown Fort Lauderdale and neighboring Wilton Manors.
