As Fort Lauderdales foreclosures continue to rise we have also had some good news in that sales and pending sales have risen over some of the worst months in late 2007 and early 2008. With the rise in foreclosures Fort Lauderdale's prices will continue to drop a bit further as we head toward the summer months.
